Ms. Leslie Hollaway has a breadth of experience in project management, project planning and permitting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, and public engagement for large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects, and she uses this expertise to lead the award-winning team at Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.). Ms. Hollaway has thirteen years of experience serving projects throughout the Gulf Coast, including projects in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida.

Ms. Claire Garvin lends extensive experience to Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.) in team and project management, project planning, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and environmental permitting, and development and execution of large-scale biological field survey programs as well as public involvement. Ms. Garvin has over 15 years of experience throughout the Gulf Coast including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Ms. Garvin serves the team to ensure our clients and their projects are our focus.
Ms. Jennifer Smith is our Director of People + Culture and is an SHRM Certified Professional. She has been with Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services since 2016 and has over 13 years of Administrative, Human Resources, and Financial experience. Ms. Smith is our in-house HR practitioner that provides the Hollaway team expertise and support in everything from performance management to HR compliance. Her priority is to build and foster an inclusive and diverse culture that aligns with Hollaway’s vision and values.
Mr. Pattillo serves as the Financial Manager after receiving his MBA from the University of Houston, Downtown and has been with Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services since 2016. Mr. Pattillo leverages the skills he learned while achieving his degree to provide financial expertise to company leadership as well as administer the day-to-day management of company finances. His goal is to continue the financial stability and growth of the company while maintaining alignment with Hollaway’s strategic plan.
Ally Altemose, PWS
Ms. Ally Altemose is the Environmental Team Lead at Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (Formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.). Ms. Altemose is a Professional Wetland Scientist with over 12 years of experience delineating and permitting Waters of the United States, including wetlands along the Gulf Coast. She has managed many small- and large-scale development and infrastructure projects. She has a broad range of experience with plants and wildlife surveys. She holds a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Scientific Collection Permit for freshwater mussels statewide and has conducted numerous rare, threatened, and endangered plant surveys throughout Texas.
Ms. Shea Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing and media, including 11 years with engineering and construction giant Bechtel, where she ran stakeholder engagement and business development for landmark megaprojects in the civil infrastructure and oil, gas and chemicals sectors. She now leads the Hollaway Communications Team in the successful delivery of technically accurate projects, and provides strategic public involvement counsel to our team and our clients. Shea is a board member of the Houston chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and is passionate about continually improving the communications profession.
Kelly Gonzales, PWS
Ms. Kelly Gonzales has a multi-disciplinary background in environmental services, including managing and leading projects for Federal and state permitting, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species assessments, ecological modeling, submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) surveys, oyster surveys, nesting surveys, and environmental inspections throughout the southwest. Ms. Gonzales brings a wealth of experience from oil and gas, dredging, transportation, private development, beneficial use, and mitigation projects. Ms. Gonzales has over 9 years of experience in environmental consulting, field work, and technical writing and is a USFWS permitted wildlife biologist for several species and a certified drone pilot.
Beginning his role during an internship with Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.) and growing into the position of Communications Team Lead, Mr. Connor Stokes has five years of communications experience including project management, project research, report authorship, video production, stakeholder outreach, public meeting/hearing planning, and quality assurance review. Mr. Stokes has played an integral role in many client projects, including the Texas General Land Office’s Coastal Resiliency Master Plan, the Coastal Texas Study led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Texas General Land Office, and crisis communications in support of the Harris County Flood Control District in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
Mr. Greg Sevcik has over 10 years of experience as a professional graphic designer, developing print collateral, branding, and motion graphics. Mr. Sevcik has expertise in developing various technical and educational communication tools for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) public involvement activities. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of consistent and uniform templates for various project-specific newsletters and mail-outs. Mr. Sevcik’s graphic design and video production work for client projects has won multiple Communicator and Telly Awards.
Mrs. Tara Davis has over 5 years of experience working in the private sector servicing Federal, non-governmental, and private organizations. She has work experience with creating and implementing marketing plans, which include social media strategy, collateral creation, logistics for tradeshows, and metric creation for companies. At Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services, Mrs. Davis supports document creation, assisting with editing, coordinating large and small scale and public meetings, and general support of Hollaway team projects and marketing and project teaming efforts.
Since joining HECS, Ms. Clarke has gained a wide variety of experience in environmental services including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, oyster surveys, freshwater mussel surveys, environmental inspections, stormwater monitoring, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Ms. Clarke has supported an array of projects including federal and state permitting, private development, mitigation, transportation, and dredging. Ms. Clarke brings with her a strong background in avian biology and behavior.
In the time Mr. Christopher Garza has been with Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services, he has gained experience with conducting wetland delineations, threatened & endangered species habitat assessments, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Mr. Garza came to HECS with previous knowledge of ecosystem management, ecological restoration, tree and vegetation surveys, and invasive species control. He also has a background in forest entomology, landscape ecology, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Rachel Massey has four years of experience in public involvement and community outreach, which includes, developing mailing lists and presentation materials, managing public engagement meetings and projects, and maintaining professionalism and support of her clients on the federal, state and local level. From design and construction projects to conceptual marketing and creating public awareness, Ms. Massey works with the communications team on large and small-scale projects within the realm of public awareness and outreach, while simultaneously in compliance of environmental guidelines and constraints with projects that require nothing less.
Ms. Rosaura Martinez is a bilingual professional with more than 5 years of experience in public relations, direct marketing, communications, and public engagement. At Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services, she works as a Communications Specialist providing support for both public and private clients and for large scale infrastructure and transportation projects.
Ms. Lenihan has gained experience in a wide range of environmental services during her time with HECS. This includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, wetland delineations, and threatened and endangered species assessments. She has supported the HECS team in a variety of projects, including private development, public works, biological surveys, and mitigation. Ms. Lenihan brings a background in ecology and Texas native species with her.
Since joining HECS, Ms. Ferguson has gained experience in environmental services regarding wetland delineations, threatened & endangered species habitat assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and Essential Fish Habitat Coordination. She works as an Associate Environmental Scientist providing support for various projects. Ms. Ferguson has supported an array of projects including neighborhood drainage development, private development, mitigation, and transportation. Ms. Ferguson brings with her a strong educational background in environmental management.
Mr. Thomas Mumford supports the Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.) team as a Communications Specialist. Mr. Mumford joined the team with more than five years of experience in audio recording, mixing, and mastering, as well as more than seven years in live sound reinforcement and video filming and editing. A jack of all trades, he provides all-around support to our clients by providing an excellent level of service for every project that he has the opportunity to serve.
Ms. Brittany Little supports the Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services team as an Assistant Communications Specialist. Ms. Little brings with her a strong skillset in strategic planning, relationship building, and development of communications documents. As an Assistant Communications Specialist, she provides various communications support for diverse projects.
In the time Mr. Ortiz has been with HECS, he has gained a variety of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, stormwater monitoring, data analysis, and collection of raw field data. Mr. Ortiz works as a GIS Specialist and Associate Environmental Scientist providing all-around support for various projects including private development, mitigation, and transportation.
Ms. LaDaja Dunn supports the Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Ms. Dunn brings with her the ease of adaptability, organizational skills, as well as previous administrative and marketing experience to the company. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, she helps lead the efficient operation of the office, assists in invoicing, marketing efforts, and provides day to day support to the Executive Team.
As a professional communicator, Ms. Elizabeth Bozeman has experience with planning, organizing, and executing a variety of data-driven projects. Ms. Bozeman has ten years of experience in technical writing for proposals, marketing, social media, copy editing, and résumé writing. She has eight years of oil and gas experience. Ms. Bozeman provides editing insight and recommendations to ensure that every document she undertakes is written and formatted to the highest standard. With a Master’s Degree in Professional Writing and Technical Communication, Ms. Bozeman is a Technical Editor for Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services.
Ms. Carol Hollaway, a Senior Economist with Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (formerly Crouch Environmental Services, Inc.), has over 40 years of experience in water resources planning, economic analysis, and social impact assessment. Ms. Hollaway has worked for the USACE, and the Institute for Water Resources (IWR) where she achieved subject matter expertise in a variety of economic evaluation techniques, cost-benefit analysis, nonstructural measures for storm risk reduction, social impact assessment, and water resource planning policy and practices. Ms. Hollaway has received national recognition for her contribution to flood risk management and water resources planning.
