A Healthy Work Culture

The wellness program sponsored by Hollaway aims to promote a healthy work culture emphasizing the importance of mental and physical wellness. Each full-time employee is allowed a maximum of $200 per month to be reimbursed via your paycheck. A total of $2,400/yr.



Matched up to 4%

Hollaway’s 401k benefit is run directly by Insperity and is employer-matched up to 4%.



Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program benefit includes unlimited telephone and confidential online support, counseling, customized resources, and referrals along with practical information on hundreds of work and home life topics, including substance abuse, marital problems, family troubles, stress, and domestic violence, as well as health education and disease prevention.



Paid Time Off
