Experience Across the Texas Coast
For more than a decade, Hollaway has supported many of the major planning and resilience efforts shaping the future of the Texas coast.
We have designed and supported stakeholder engagement for multiple editions of the Texas General Land Office’s Texas Coastal Resiliency Master Plan. We led communications and public involvement for the multibillion-dollar Coastal Texas Project, engaging communities and stakeholders across six coastal counties, on behalf of the Army Corps of Engineers and the General Land Office. Today, we also support the Gulf Coast Protection District as the nonfederal sponsor advancing the region’s largest coastal storm risk management programs.
That continuity gives our team a perspective that extends beyond any single project. We understand the agencies and organizations involved, the communities and industries along the coast, and how planning, federal feasibility, environmental review, funding, design, and implementation connect over the life of these long-term efforts, ranging from hard infrastructure to ecosystem restoration.
